ERRATA

The November 1998 article by Donna M. Bradshaw and Robert J. Arceci, entitled "Clinical Relevance of Transmembrane Drug Efflux as a Mechanism of Multidrug Resistance" (J Clin Oncol 16:3674-3690, 1998), contained an error in the References.

The results of MRP knockout experiments (page 3677, lines 30-38) are incorrectly attributed to reference 67. The correct citations are the following:Lorico A, Rappa G, Flavell RA, et al: Double knockout of the MRP gene leads to increased drug sensitivity in vitro. Cancer Res 56:5351-5355, 1996Rappa G, Lorico A, Flavell RA, et al: Evidence that the multidrug resistance protein (MRP) functions as a co-transporter of glutathione and natural product toxins. Cancer Res 57:5232-5237, 1997Lorico A, Rappa G, Finch RA, et al: Disruption of the murine MRP (multidrug resistance protein) gene leads to increased sensitivity to etoposide (VP-16) and increased levels of glutathione. Cancer Res 57:5238-5242, 1997

The February 1999 article by Franzke et al, entitled "Autoimmunity Resulting From Cytokine Treatment Predicts Long-Term Survival in Patients With Metastatic Renal Cell Cancer" (J Clin Oncol 17:529-533, 1999), contained a labeling error in Fig 1.

In the bottom panel of Fig 1, the values should read: n = 25 (A) and n = 35 (B).

The March 1999 article by Slade et al, entitled "Quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction for the Detection of Micrometastases in Patients With Breast Cancer" (J Clin Oncol 17:870-879, 1999), contained an error on page 872 in the Patients and Methods section, under Primers.

CK-A should have read: 5'-TCCGCCCGCTTTGTGTCCTCGT-3'
