The April 1999 article by Cheson et al, entitled "Report of an International Workshop to Standardize Response Criteria for Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphomas" (J Clin Oncol 17:1244-1253, 1999) contained an error. In Table 3, the Response Category that applies to Event-free survival (EFS) generally relates to "All patients" instead of "CR, CRu, PR." Under circumstances where presentation of EFS is more appropriate for responders only, this point should be clearly stated. The January 2000 article by Middleton et al, entitled "Randomized Phase III Study of Temozolomide Versus Dacarbazine in the Treatment of Patients With Advanced Metastatic Malignant Melanoma" (J Clin Oncol 18:158-166, 2000), should have included an appendix listing physicians who participated in the study. The appendix follows:
