In the byline of the December 1999 article by Ritchey et al, entitled "Improved Survival of Children With Isolated CNS Relapse of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia: A Pediatric Oncology Group Study" (J Clin Oncol 17:3745–3752, 1999), an author was inadvertently omitted. Julio Barredo, MD, from the Medical University of South Carolina, Charleston, South Carolina, is also an author of this article.
The correct byline for this article is as follows: A. Kim Ritchey, Brad H. Pollock, Stephen J. Lauer, Yvonne Andejeski, Julio Barredo, and George R. Buchanan.
