Due to a publisher’s error, the January 2000 article by Mackay et al, entitled "Reduced MLH1 Expression in Breast Tumors After Primary Chemotherapy Predicts Disease-Free Survival" (J Clin Oncol 18:87-93, 2000), incorrectly presented "IHC" as "H." This error occurred in six places: (1) in the eighth line of the first paragraph of the Changes in MLH1 and p53 Expression in Response to Chemotherapy section of the Results on page 89; (2) in the first line on page 90; (3) in the second line on page 90; (4) in the ninth line of the first paragraph of the Univariate and Multivariate Analysis section of the Results on page 90; (5) in the legend of Fig 2; and (6) in the legend of Fig 3.
The authors’ affiliation for the January 2000 Diagnosis in Oncology article by Namita Sood, Nicolas Bandarenko, and Linda J. Paradowski, entitled "Acute Respiratory Failure Secondary to Lymphangitic Carcinomatosis" (J Clin Oncol 18:229-232, 2000), was incorrect.
Their correct institution is the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
