ERRATUM

The July 15, 2004, article by Ajani et al entitled, [Multi-Institutional Trial of Preoperative Chemoradiotherapy in Patients With Potentially Resectable Gastric Carcinoma] (J Clin Oncol 22:2774-2780, 2004) contained three errors.

A sentence in the second column and first full paragraph of page 2779 mistakenly reads, [Interestingly, the median survival time (34 months) in our study was similar to that from preoperative chemoradiotherapy (35 months).] The corrected sentence should read, [Interestingly, the median survival time (34 months) in our study was similar to that from postoperative chemoradiotherapy (35 months).]

The legend for Figure 2 should read, [Fig 2. Kaplan-Meier survival plot according to type of pathologic response after surgery for 28 explored patients. Median survival time, 64 months for patients with pathologic response and 12.6 months for patients with no pathologic response.]

The legend for Figure 3 should read, [Fig 3. Kaplan-Meier disease-free survival plot according to type of pathologic response after surgery for 28 explored patients. Median disease-free survival time, 46 months for patients with pathologic response and 5 months for patients with no pathologic response.]
