ERRATUM

The April 10, 2005, Overview by Baselga et al titled, "Critical Update and Emerging Trends in Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor Targeting in Cancer" (J Clin Oncol 23:2445-2459, 2005) contained an error.

On page 2446, in the third paragraph of the Monoclonal Antibodies Directed at the ERBB (HER) Family section, cetuximab is referred to as a chimeric immunoglobulin G2 (IgG2) MAb, whereas it is actually a chimeric immunoglobulin G1 (IgG1) MAb.
