Does Aggressive Surgery Only Benefit Patients With Less Advanced Ovarian Cancer? Results From an International Comparison Within the SCOTROC-1 Trial
J Clin Oncol Crawford et al. 23: 8802

Publisher's Note

The December 1, 2005, article by Crawford et al titled, “Does Aggressive Surgery Only Benefit Patients With Less Advanced Ovarian Cancer? Results From an International Comparison Within the SCOTROC-1 Trial” (J Clin Oncol 23:8802-8811, 2005) was published online on November 28, 2005, with an error. In the Results section of the Abstract, the second sentence repeated the term “non-UK patients” twice, whereas it should have read “UK patients” in the second instance, as follows:

First, more extensive surgery was performed in non-UK patients, who were more likely to be optimally debulked (≤ 2 cm residual disease) than UK patients (71.3% v 58.4%, respectively; P < .001).

This correction has been made as of February 14, 2006.
