Publisher's Note

The December 20, 2005, article by Mahoney et al, entitled “Dealing With a Deluge of Data: An Assessment of Adverse Event Data on North Central Cancer Treatment Group Trials” (J Clin Oncol 23:9275-9281, 2005) was published online December 16, 2005, with incorrect information.

In Figure 1, the legend was given as, “Distribution of extra routine adverse event (RAE) data for unrelated and unlikely to be related RAEs (n = 10,247),” whereas it should have read, “Distribution of routine adverse event (RAE) data (n = 75,598).”

In Figure 2, the legend was given as, “Distribution of extra routine adverse event (RAE) data, by grade and attribution (n = 10,247),” whereas it should have read, “Distribution of extra routine adverse event (RAE) data for unrelated and unlikely to be related RAEs (n = 10,247).”

All corrections have been made as of January 12, 2006.
