Erratum

The Results section of the abstract mistakenly states that the tumor response rates are 11% for FU-LV v 21% for FU alone. The correct response rates are 21% for FU-LV v 11% for FU alone.

In Table 1, several of the dosing regimens are given as "days 1–8, for 6 weeks". These dosing regimens should be "once weekly, for six weeks". The corrected Table is reprinted below in its entirety. The online version of the Table was corrected in departure from the print.
