The January 1, 2006, article by Guerrieri-Gonzaga et al, titled, “Preliminary Results on Safety and Activity of a Randomized, Double-Blind, 2 x 2 Trial of Low-Dose Tamoxifen and Fenretinide for Breast Cancer Prevention in Premenopausal Women” (J Clin Oncol 24:129-135, 2006 was published online on December 28, 2005, with an error. Franca Formelli (Chemoprevention Unit, National Cancer Institute, Milan, Italy) was inadvertently omitted from the author list. Corrections to the author list and Author Contributions section have been made as of June 19, 2006. No correction was needed to the Authors’ Disclosures of Potential Conflicts of Interest section.
