ERRATUM
The January 1, 2006, article by Guerrieri-Gonzaga et al, titled, ‘Preliminary Results on Safety and Activity of a Randomized, Double-Blind, 2 x 2 Trial of Low-Dose Tamoxifen and Fenretinide for Breast Cancer Prevention in Premenopausal Women" (J Clin Oncol 24:129-135, 2006) contained an error. Franca Formelli (Chemoprevention Unit, National Cancer Institute, Milan, Italy) was inadvertently omitted from the author list. In the Author Contributions section, Dr Formelli should have been acknowledged for "Provision of study materials or patients." There is no change to the Authors' Disclosures of Potential Conflicts of Interest section. The corrected author list is reprinted here in its entirety:
