ERRATUM
The April 20, 2006, article by Hurley et al, entitled "Docetaxel, Cisplatin, and Trastuzumab As Primary Systemic Therapy for Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2-Positive Locally Advanced Breast Cancer" (J Clin Oncol 24:1831-1838, 2006) contained an error. Jodeen E. Powell (Department of Surgery, University of Miami, Miami, FL) was inadvertently omitted from the author list. In the Author Contributions section, Dr Powell should have been acknowledged for "Provision of study materials or patients." There is no change to the Authors’ Disclosure of Potential Conflicts of Interest section. The corrected author list is reprinted below in its entirety.
