The April 10, 2007, article by Tolcher et al entitled, “Phase I Pharmacokinetic and Biologic Correlative Study of Mapatumumab, a Fully Human Monoclonal Antibody With Agonist Activity to Tumor Necrosis Factor–Related Apoptosis-Inducing Ligand Receptor-1” (J Clin Oncol 25:1390-1395, 2007) was published online March 29, 2007 with errors. Two pairs of tables, Table 3 and Table A1 (online only), and Table 5 and Table A2 (online only), were inadvertently switched. Also, in Table A1, the column headings were incorrectly listed for the number of patients experiencing elevations during the first course. This has been amended as part of the corrections to Table 3. All corrections have been made as of September 21, 2007.
