Erratum
The August 20, 2006, article by the International Bladder Cancer Nomogram Consortium, entitled "Postoperative Nomogram Predicting Risk of Recurrence After Radical Cystectomy for Bladder Cancer" (J Clin Oncol 24:3967-3972, 2006) contained omissions. In the Appendix, Humberto Villavicencio and Antonio Rosales (Fundació Puigvert, Barcelona, Spain) were inadvertently omitted from the consortium member list. In the Author Contributions section, Dr Villavicencio and Dr Rosales should have been acknowledged for "Provision of study material or patients." There is no change to the Authors’ Disclosures of Potential Conflicts of Interest section. The corrected Appendix is reprinted below in its entirety.
