The September 20, 2007 article by Heymach et al entitled, “Randomized, Placebo-Controlled Phase II Study of Vandetanib Plus Docetaxel in Previously Treated Non–Small-Cell Lung Cancer” (J Clin Oncol 25:4270-4277, 2007) was published online September 18, 2007 with errors.
In Figure 1, under “Run-in phase,” the dosage for Vandetanib in the second box was given as 100 mg, whereas it should have been 300 mg.
In Table 1, the call out for the second footnote (†) was given next to the row for “IIIB,” whereas it should have appeared next to the row for “Stage.” Also, the second footnote referred to two patients, whereas it should only have been one, as follows:
