In Table 4, the results of the study by Mehta et al were incorrectly given. Under Treatment Protocol, a weekly dosage of docetaxel at 80 mg/m² was listed, whereas it should have shown a weekly dosage of paclitaxel at 80 mg/m². Also, dose-dense AC was listed as being given every 3 weeks, whereas it should have read "dose-dense AC/2 weeks." In addition to the current data, the following should have been listed as a separate row for the 2005 study by Mehta et al: No. = 16, OR = NR, cCR = NR, pCR = 75.

In the References section, the citation for the Mehta study was erroneously given (ref. no. 48), and should have read:

Mehta RS, Schubbert T, Hsiang D, et al: High pathological complete remission rates with paclitaxel and carboplatin ± trastuzumab (TC±H) following dose dense doxorubicin and cyclophosphamide (AC) supported by GM-CSF in breast cancer-a phase II study.
