ERRATUM
The September 1, 2006, article by Guarneri et al entitled, "Long-Term Cardiac Tolerability of Trastuzumab in Metastatic Breast Cancer: The M.D. Anderson Cancer Center Experience" (J Clin Oncol 24:4107-4115, 2006) contained errors. In Figure 2, erroneous images were inadvertently given for the electron microscopy evaluation. Corrected Figure 2 is reprinted below in its entirety. The online version has been corrected in departure from the print.
