The June 1, 2008, article by Braun et al, entitled, “Predictive Biomarkers of Chemotherapy Efficacy in Colorectal Cancer: Results From the UK MRC FOCUS Trial” (J Clin Oncol 26:2690–2698, 2008) was published online May 28, 2008 with errors.
In Table 3, the GST-P1 genotypes were given as GG (n=433), GA (n=453), and AA (n=114), whereas they should have been AA (n=433), AG (n=453) and GG (n=114).
This has been corrected as of August 27, 2008.
