ERRATA
The October 20, 2007, article by Shah et al entitled, "Combined Immunochemotherapy With Reduced Whole-Brain Radiotherapy for Newly Diagnosed Primary CNS Lymphoma" (J Clin Oncol 25:4730-4735, 2007) contained errors. In Figure 2 and Figure 3, the legends were inadvertently switched and paired with the wrong figure. In Table 2, an erroneous symbol appeared after the No. of partial responses for 5 or more cycles. The online version has been corrected in departure from the print.
