ERRATUM

In Figure 2A, the text referred to PLAC-LET and LET, whereas it should have been PLAC-LET and PLAC-PLAC, as follows:

"Adjusted hazard ratio between PLAC-LET and PLAC-PLAC: 0.37; 95% CI, 0.23 to 0.61; P < .0001"

In Figure 2B, the text was given as:

"Adjusted hazard ratio between PLAC-LET and PLAC-LET: 0.38; 95% CI, 0.20 to 0.73; P = .0004"

While it should have read:

"Adjusted hazard ratio between PLAC-LET and PLAC-PLAC: 0.39; 95% CI, 0.20 to 0.74; P = .004"

In Table 3, in the row for distant disease-free survival, the adjusted HR was given as 0.38 and should have been 0.39. Also, the 95% CI was given as 0.20 to 0.73 and should have been 0.20 to 0.74.

The online version has been corrected in departure from the print.
