William D. Figg (Molecular Pharmacology Section and the Clinical Pharmacology Program, Medical Oncology Branch, Center for Cancer Research, National Cancer Institute, Bethesda, MD) was inadvertently omitted from the author list.

This has been corrected as of September 3, 2008.
