ERRATUM

The February 1, 2008, article by Tse et al entitled, "Phase I Study of Individualized Stereotactic Body Radiotherapy for Hepatocellular Carcinoma and Intrahepatic Cholangiocarcinoma" (J Clin Oncol 26:657-664, 2008) contained errors.

In Table 3, the data for grades 1 and 2 lethargy and nausea were incorrect. The corrected table is reprinted below in its entirety.

Table 3. Acute (< 3 months after SBRT) Biochemical Changes and Toxicity

In the Discussion section, the last sentence of the last paragraph, the median survival rates were given as 11.7 months for IHC and 15.0 months for HCC, and should have been 15.0 months for IHC and 11.7 months for HCC, as follows:

"Given the locally advanced nature of disease in these patients, the median survival rates (15.0 and 11.7 months for IHC and HCC, respectively) are better than expected, providing rationale for phase II and III studies of six-fraction SBRT in this setting.3,33,34"

The online version has been corrected in departure from the print.
