ERRATUM
The November 10, 2007, article by Garcia et al, entitled "Standardizing Patient-Reported Outcomes Assessment in Cancer Clinical Trials: A Patient-Reported Outcomes Measurement Information System Initiative" (J Clin Oncol 25:5106-5112, 2007) contained an error. Thomas Lad (Hematology/Oncology Division, Stroger Hospital of Cook County, Chicago, IL) was inadvertently omitted from the author list. In the Author Contributions section, Dr. Lad should have been acknowledged for:
Provision of study materials or patients
Manuscript writing
Final approval of manuscript
There is no change to the Authors’ Disclosures of Potential Conflicts of Interest section.
