ERRATA
The May 1, 2009, article by Tandstad et al, entitled "Risk-Adapted Treatment in Clinical Stage I Nonseminomatous Germ Cell Testicular Cancer: The SWENOTECA Management Program" (J Clin Oncol 27:2122–2128, 2009), contained errors.
In the Contributions section, Carl Langberg should have been acknowledged for collection and assembly of data.
The Acknowledgment was inadvertently omitted and should have been: "We thank all patients, investigators, and institutions involved in this study. We also thank Monika Andersson at the Tumörregisteret in Lund, Sweden, for collection of data and Ålesund Hospital for research funds."
