ERRATA
The July 1, 2009, article by Zighelboim et al, entitled "ATR Mutation in Endometrioid Endometrial Cancer Is Associated With Poor Clinical Outcomes" (J Clin Oncol 27:3091–3096, 2009), contained an error.
In the Patients and Methods section, under Tissue Processing, MSI Typing, and ATR Genotyping, the first sentence of the third paragraph listed the forward PCR primer for amplification of the A10 mononucleotide repeat in exon 10 of ATR twice, whereas it should have been "5'-CACGGCATGTTTTATCTGACA-3'(forward) and 5'-TCAGGTATGCCCCATTTAGG-3' (reverse)," as follows:
"A 433-bp amplicon containing the A10 mononucleotide repeat in exon 10 of ATR (Ensembl No. ENSG00000175054) was amplified by PCR using the Deep VentR high-fidelity DNA polymerase (New England Biolab, Ipswich, MA) with the following primers: 5'-CACGGCATGTTTTATCTGACA-3'(forward) and 5'-TCAGGTATGCCCCATTTAGG-3' (reverse) [Tm=63°C]."
The author apologizes to the readers for this mistake.
