The April 20, 2006 article by Hurley et al, entitled “Docetaxel, Cisplatin, and Trastuzumab As Primary Systemic Therapy for Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2–Positive Locally Advanced Breast Cancer” (J Clin Oncol 24:1831–1838, 2006) was published online March 20, 2006 with an error. Jodeen E. Powell (Department of Surgery, University of Miami, Miami, FL) was inadvertently omitted from the author list. Corrections to the author list and Author Contributions section have been made as of June 19, 2006. No correction was needed to the Authors’ Disclosures of Potential Conflicts of Interest section.
