The June 10, 2005, article by Samlowski et al, titled “Evaluation of a 7-Day Continuous Intravenous Infusion of Decitabine: Inhibition of Promoter-Specific and Global Genomic DNA Methylation” (J Clin Oncol 23:3897-3905, 2005), was published online on March 7, 2005, with an error.
In the Abstract, second sentence of the Methods section, the dosage for decitabine was given as 2 mg/kg/d, whereas it should have read 2 mg/m2/d.
This has been corrected as of March 27, 2006.
