In the Discussion section, the second sentence of the eighth paragraph was given as:
Although not statistically significant, there was a trend of noninferiority for their primary end point, time to tumor progression (FUFOX, 9.5 months v XELOX, 8.9 months; P=.154).
While it should have read:
Although not statistically significant, there was a trend of noninferiority for their primary end point, time to tumor progression (FUOX, 9.5 months v XELOX, 8.9 months; P=.154).
In Table 3, the number of patients in the NO16966 study was given as 315 for the FOLFOX 4 regimen, whereas it should have been 317.
