The November 20, 2007, special article by Basch et al entitled, “American Society of Clinical Oncology Endorsement of the Cancer Care Ontario Practice Guideline on Nonhormonal Therapy for Men With Metastatic Hormone-Refractory (castration-resistant) Prostate Cancer” (J Clin Oncol 25:5313-5318, 2007) was published online October 9, 2007 with errors.

In addition, the callout for reference 2 should have appeared after the third sentence in the Summary of Guideline Development subsection, as follows:
